Amy Winehouse suffering from TB?

Friends of Amy Winehouse are worried that she may be suffering from tuberculosis.

According to The Sun, the singer has been coughing up blood and is suffering from a chest infection.

Doctors are apparently testing Winehouse for the illness because her symptoms of weight loss and lack of appetite match the disease.

Winehouse was taken to hospital on Monday after collapsing at her North London home.

It is unclear whether the 'Rehab' singer will be well enough to perform at the Glastonbury Festival and Nelson Mandela's 90th birthday concert next week.

Her spokesperson told the BBC: "At present she still intends to perform at her two scheduled dates next week.

"However the decision will be made entirely on the advice of her doctors and in her best interests."
