The supermodel was also fined £2,300 at today's hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court.
She earlier admitted to four charges in connection with the April 3 incident, with the Crown Prosecution Service agreeing to drop two others.
The 38-year-old was removed from a stationary British Airways plane to LA after losing her temper with cabin staff when her luggage went missing at Terminal 5. She later kicked and spat at officers as they attempted to calm her down.
Chairman of the bench Peter Yiacoumi told her: "These offences are aggravated because they were committed within a lengthy incident in a confined space.
"While we accept that the loss of your suitcase would have been stressful, your subsequent behaviour cannot be justified."
Campbell was also ordered to pay compensation of £200 each to the two officers she assaulted, as well as £150 compensation to Miles Sutherland, the captain of the aircraft from which she was removed.
