Stone's salary 'leaves company in debt'

Joss Stone's personal salary has left her company Joss Ltd in £412,295 debt, say reports.

According to The Mirror, the singer paid herself £2.2 million last year, but her business ventures have suffered.

Joss ROW Touring and Joss Publishing have also both reportedly made losses during the last year.

"Joss bought a house last year, so a large chunk of money went on that," said a source. "But she needs to rein in her spending before she gets in trouble."

Stone has not scored a top 20 hit in the UK since her single 'You Had Me' in 2004. Her last release 'Tell Me What We're Gonna Do Now' reached number 84.
