The Girls Aloud singer split from Crane following rows over her close relationship with backing dancer Jackson Williams.
However, Tom has now confirmed that he is back with Sarah after realising that she would never cheat on him.
"Being away with dancers is part of her job," Tom told The People. "If I can't handle it we're not going to last. Most of them are gay anyway. I trust her. I know she wouldn't do anything. She's not like that. She's the girl of my dreams."
Crane also denied rumours that he had popped the question to Harding, saying: "No, I've never proposed... yet."
