The Austin Powers actor filed a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ last week after it posted clips of the video online.
Troyer alleged the video was stolen.
However, Shrider signed a declaration at a federal court in LA, explaining that the tape was made on her camera and that she gave permission for it to be aired.
Her statement means TMZ is now allowed to show the clips again.
