Winehouse 'addicted to sunbeds'

Amy Winehouse has become addicted to her sunbed, The Sun reports.

The 24-year-old has allegedly worried friends by spending an excessive amount of time under ultraviolet rays to try to clear up her skin problems.

A source said: "Amy can't do anything by halves. Recently she has been going for it on the sunbed, but she won't be told. She bought it to get rid of scabs that started appearing on her skin."

Pete Doherty is rumoured to have spent time on the sunbed, which has been fitted at her Camden home. The Babyshambles singer reportedly hurt his eyes after refusing to wear protective goggles.

The source added: "Over the years Amy has been addicted to alcohol, all sorts of drugs, men and even knitting. This is another addiction that puts her health in danger. Why can't she take up squash or something?"
