According to WENN, Camille Cerio filed suit against the ex-Friends star alleging that she is owed £500,000 ($1 million) from the actor's sitcom royalties.
LeBlanc claimed that he has paid Cerio more than £100,000, but in a lawsuit submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court, Cerio insisted that she is owed a 15% cut from LeBlanc's TV work, including the NBC spinoff Joey.
The trial is scheduled for September 22.
