Katona wants to open caravan park

Kerry Katona and her husband Mark Croft want to open their own caravan park, says The Sun.

The celebrity couple are reportedly looking to set up their own Butlins-style entertainment resort on the Orkney Islands.

Katona is hoping the business venture will help ease her financial problems after she was given a bankruptcy reprieve last month.

A friend of Katona is quoted as saying: "Mark and Kerry have been accused of being trailer trash so many times, so it’s quite fitting they should chose to open a caravan park.

"Kerry is a born entertainer and she plans to give this her all. The two of them have talked about the possibility of putting on light entertainment shows and greeting campers with Hi-De-Hi!-style announcements.

"They think the place could be a roaring success and help ease their money worries."
