Jay-Z celebrates with $10,000 meal

Jay-Z has celebrated his recent European tour with a $10,000 meal in Paris.

The hip-hop star thanked his band and entourage for their hard work by treating them to an evening at L'Avenue near the Champs-Elysees.

According to The Sun, he believes the tour, which included shows at Hyde Park and Glastonbury, was "historic".

"Jay said he thought the set at Glastonbury was immense, ridiculously good in fact," commented a source.

"So he treated the band, management and crew to an elaborate dinner at L'Avenue. He reckons his current tour has been very historic and rewarded everyone accordingly."

The insider added: "The bill was very pricey as you can imagine! In the region of $10,000-20,000. But with Jay-Z you'd expect nothing else."
