Canseco alleged that the pop icon begged him to leave his wife and have a child with her in the early '90s.
"She had a Cuban child (Lourdes) and wanted another one. She wanted to get married and have a child with me," he is quoted as saying.
Canseco claimed that he never slept with Madonna during their time together and the popstar initiated the relationship at her Hollywood home.
"She said, 'What would you do if I kissed you?' and then sat on my lap and kissed me," he said.
Madonna has been accused of breaking up the marriage of Canseco's former teammate Alex Rodriguez.
