Roth was allegedly pulled over by police officers for speeding in Ontario earlier this week after an allergic reaction to nuts caused him to drive erratically.
However, in a statement to TMZ, Roth denied that the event ever took place and claimed that he had no food allergies.
"I was in Canada only from July 1 through to July 4 for a performance at the Quebec City Summer Festival," he said. "I had no encounters or incidents with the police [and] the only thing I'm allergic to is criticism."
