According to TMZ, McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves have signed a deal with America's OK! magazine for a photoshoot.
It is rumoured that the agreement also includes the rights to the couple's wedding photos when they tie the knot.
Alves gave birth to Levi Alves McConaughey on Monday. McConaughey's mother said the actor is "over the moon" with his son.
