Rhys Ifans insists he is "bullet-proof"

Rhys Ifans has insisted that he is "bullet-proof" after recovering from his split with Sienna Miller.

The Welsh actor revealed that he is now back on top form and no longer sad about Sienna, who is currently on a romantic holiday with married father-of-four Balthazar Getty.

"It was Goddamn hard at first after the split," Rhys told the Sunday Mirror. "But I am looking to the future now - to be honest, there is no point looking back. There is plenty to look forward to. I just want to enjoy myself and have a good time. I am bullet-proof, totally bullet-proof. I am not going to let it get me down.”

Ifans also revealed that his close friends have been a massive support since he parted from Sienna last month.

He said: "They have been great. Your mates are always there for you, aren’t they? We have been going out and having a good time. I wish people would stop worrying about me so much. I am doing great. I am happy."

Rhys had previously sparked concerns for his wellbeing after being spotted behaving wildly on a series of boozy nights out in the aftermath of the split.
