Kylie denies flying to Paris for Olivier

Kylie Minogue has insisted that she did not have romance in mind during her recent trip to Paris.

The Aussie pop singer sparked rumours that she was back with ex-boyfriend Olivier Martinez when she was spotted having lunch with the actor and his family in the French capital.

"I was there for my health check-ups and Olivier was there," Kylie explained. "It's only natural that we would see each other. It's about friendship."

The couple split in February 2007 following reports that Olivier had been unfaithful, but they insisted that the break-up was "amicable".

A recent report claimed that Olivier finds the star's behaviour "strange" and is "completely over" their relationship.
