Kabbalah 'keeping Madonna with Guy'

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's devotion to the Kabbalah religion has become the only thing the couple have in common, according to the Queen of Pop's brother.

In his new book Life With My Sister Madonna, Christopher Ciccone has claimed that the pair only ever talk to each other about their faith.

"The press may report that Guy isn't as involved in Kabbalah as Madonna, but that isn't true," Ciccone writes. "Guy's world and his conversations nowadays revolve around Kabbalah.

"According to our sister Melanie, who still sees Madonna and Guy, they often come over for dinner but will only talk about Kabbalah. If the conversation strays to any other topic they lose interest."

Christopher has made a number of other allegations in the book. At one point, he accuses his sister of trying to seduce baseball star Jose Canseco in the early 90s.

Madonna's publicist Liz Rosenberg has stated that the release of the tell-all book will "remove" any chance of Ciccone reconciling with his sister.

The star recently denied claims that she is planning to divorce Ritchie, following weeks of speculation about the state of their marriage.
