'Curb' actress praises Lindsay Lohan

Curb Your Enthusiasm star Cheryl Hines has praised Lindsay Lohan for her work on new big screen comedy Labour Pains.

The pair team up in the Lara Shapiro-directed movie, which is scheduled for release in 2009.

Speaking about her co-star, Hines told People: "I have had a great time shooting with her, and when we have scenes together we have a lot of fun improvising.

"It usually ends in a big laugh fest, and they have to cut because we can't talk anymore."

She added: "It was what I expected. I honestly expected that she's gotten herself together, and really wanted to work and that's what she's showing us. I'm very proud of her."

Labour Pains is Lohan's first movie since Golden Raspberry-winning thriller I Know Who Killed Me in 2007.
