Amy Winehouse spotted smoking again

Amy Winehouse has been spotted smoking for a second time since her father warned that she must stop.

Following the singer's emphysema diagnosis, Mitch Winehouse recently announced that his daughter could die a "slow and painful death" if she continued to smoke. Winehouse then lit up at T In The Park just one day later.

Yesterday, Amy was spotted immediately pulling out a cigarette as she left a lawyer's office in central London.

"It was as if she had been struggling as the lawyer's office is a smoke-free zone," one onlooker told the Daily Star. "She was barely down the front steps before that ciggie was popped into her mouth."

The news comes despite Mitch's claims that Amy has been "checking" her own behaviour since speaking to doctors.
