Amy Winehouse may enter rehab in a house that once belonged to the late comic Frankie Howerd, according to The Sun.
Current owner Chris Byrne, a friend of Howerd, is mulling over turning the property into a country retreat where celebrities can fight their drug and alcohol problems.
Byrne revealed that he had discussed the possibility of Winehouse undergoing rehab at the Somerset residence with her mother Janis.
"Janis and I were put in touch by a mutual friend and she said she wanted to come and bring Amy as it might help her," he said. "She seems to think there may be something in the atmosphere of the place that is healing. I told her that if it doesn't sell, I would turn it into a drug and rehabilitation place."
