The Britain’s Got Talent judge said Spears would be the ideal guest on his upcoming ITV1 chatshow.
He told OK!: "She's still got ability. I feel sorry for her. She needs someone like me to take charge of her career. I'd sort Britney out in a heartbeat."
Morgan, who is currently filming the new series of America’s Got Talent, added that he would have no problem beating fellow panellist Simon Cowell in a fight.
He said: "I’d beat Simon to a pulp. He’d only be able to punch my stomach because that’s as far as he can reach."
