Price urges Katona to leave husband

Katie Price has urged Kerry Katona to leave her husband.

The reality TV star's marriage to Mark Croft has reportedly reached crisis point after Croft walked out of their £1.2 million home.

Price, who became close friends with Katona during 2004's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, advised her to call time on the relationship and start afresh.

Speaking on The Charlotte Church Show, she said: “I think Mark is absolute s*** for her. She should leave him.

"I just want to give Kerry a big cuddle, take her under my wing and just knock some sense into her. I do feel sorry for her, I really do. She’s not the girl I met in the jungle, she seems really down. She was really happy."

Although the pair have been embroiled in a war of words since Price publicly accused Katona and Croft of taking drugs, the glamour model said she would be happy to provide a shoulder to cry on.

She told Church: "I can’t really judge. I haven’t seen her for years, but I’d love her to come down and just have a nice day with the kids and have some fun as she looks down a lot.”

The Charlotte Church Show airs tonight on Channel 4 at 10pm.
