Selma Blair: 'Lesbians are in love with me'

Selma Blair has claimed that many of her lesbian friends have a crush on her.

The Hellboy star has filmed three lesbian scenes during her acting career - most famously with Sarah Michelle Gellar for Cruel Intentions - but has never had any gay experiences in real life.

She told Playboy: "I have done three girl-on-girl kisses on screen. And yet I've never experimented in real life. When lesbian friends tell me they're in love with me after our friendship has been cemented, it always shocks me."

Blair's reportedly practised for her upcoming screen kiss with Heroes actress Stana Katics in private.

Katics is quoted as saying: "We both looked at the bed, looked at each other and walked into the room and went at it."
