Ronnie Wood has admitted that boredom leads him to turn to drink.
The Rolling Stone's private life has been in the headlines recently, with the guitarist entering rehab following revelations about his affair with 18-year-old Russian Ekaterina Ivanova.
In an interview with the Financial Times, Wood confessed that he finds it difficult to stay sober when the band isn't on tour.
He said: "I'm more lost when I'm not on tour. I'm in a bit of a muddle at nine o'clock - 'Where's the stage?' On tour there are people directing and supervising you... sometimes I get so bored I think I'll have a drink. I don't mean any harm but I just go off the rails."
A representative for the musician said in a statement: "Following Ronnie's continued battle with alcohol, he has entered a period of rehab. His close family and friends say he is seeking help and look forward to his recovery."
