Doherty's Wiltshire home burgled

Pete Doherty's Wiltshire home was burgled last week while he was performing with Babyshambles in Spain.

The singer was playing a gig at the Benicassim Festival in Madrid when the incident occurred.

A guitar worth £1,000 and paintings drawn in Doherty's blood were stolen from the property, reports The Sun.

Doherty was jailed for six months in 2003 after he broke into former bandmate Carl Barat's home and stole items including an antique guitar, laptop and video recorder.
