Moss, Hince holiday to save relationship

Kate Moss and Jamie Hince have started planning a holiday to help save their relationship, say reports.

According to The Mirror, Moss and The Kills rocker are determined to reconcile their differences.

"Jamie and Kate are mad about each other," said a source.

"But they've been a bit edgy lately and a little break on their own is just what they need to get things back on track."

Hince met up with Moss earlier this week, following reports that he had moved his possessions out of the model's London home.
