Sienna Miller sues over topless photos

Sienna Miller has sued two British tabloids and a picture agency for publishing photographs of her kissing Balthazar Getty.

The actress was recently snapped topless with Getty, an actor and oil heir, while the pair holidayed on Italy's Amalfi coast.

Miller has filed suit against the Big Pictures photo agency and News International, which publishes the News Of The World and The Sun, for breach of privacy.

Her lawyer stated: "Neither I nor my client will be commenting further."

Earlier this year, Miller won a privacy lawsuit against the same tabloids after they published naked shots of her from the closed set of the film Hippie Hippie Shake.
