According to Fox News, Britney Spears's ex-husband will be sharing his health secrets in 2009.
"I plan to get back to looking ripped and sexy again," he said. "I know I have let it all go but watch me fly this year."
The DVD is scheduled for release in January.
Spears and Federline reached a settlement over the custody of sons Jayden James and Sean Preston earlier this month.
