Cotton fails to recognise 'Housewives' star

Fearne Cotton has admitted that she failed to recognise Eva Longoria at a party in Los Angeles.

The TV presenter said she did not initially realise that she was speaking to the Desperate Housewives star at Ant and Dec's Wanna Bet bash.

"Ant and Dec's launch party was bizarre but a lot of fun," Cotton wrote on her blog.

"There were a bunch of Brits there which was ace and some random visitors along the way. I was introduced to a mini lady called Eva."

She continued: "I shook her hand and then ten seconds later realised it was a Desperate Housewife! She is probably the daintiest human I have ever met."

Cotton split from lover Jesse Jenkins earlier this month.
