Gazza, Sheryl 'planning to remarry'

Paul Gascoigne and his ex-wife Sheryl have agreed to remarry following their recent reunion.

The pair decided to get back together after Gazza sought help for his alcohol problem in The Priory clinic earlier this year. Sheryl was spotted making frequent visits to the rehab facility and is now caring for the ex-footballer after he was discharged from the clinic.

"They are both talking about getting remarried and making a fresh start," a source told the Sunday Mirror. "They are so excited about finding each other again and they want to commit to each other 100 per cent. There's no doubt it is Sheryl who has turned his life around.

"He's even had a call from Kevin Keegan, who offered him a small coaching job at Newcastle. He likes the idea but is worried about the commute from Hertfordshire, where Sheryl lives, to Tyneside. He's had a few other offers to consider as well."

Gazza and Sheryl tied the knot in 1996, but they divorced just two years later. Paul recently apologised to Sheryl for his violent behaviour during their relationship.
