Ryan Seacrest is bitten by shark

Ryan Seacrest has revealed that he was bitten by a shark last weekend.

The American Idol host was attacked while swimming near the LG Villa Cabo.

Speaking about the incident on KIIS-FM, Seacrest said: "I was bitten by a shark. It swam up to me and it took a bite, and then he left.

"Don't let me fool you by my unbelievably comfortable state of being on the air right now, because I'm in pain."

When asked whether anyone else was hurt by the predator, he replied: "No, just me, of course! There were like 1,000 people in the ocean and I get bit by the shark!"

The event apparently took place "eight feet out" and left the TV presenter with three holes in his toe.
