Doherty speaks about Moss split

Pete Doherty has spoken about his pain following his split from Kate Moss.

Moss dumped the singer in July 2007 amid allegations that he cheated on her with a South African model. She is currently engaged to Kills frontman Jamie Hince.

Doherty told Loaded: "We haven't spoken since we broke up. When you split up with someone, someone you're seriously in love with, it takes a lot of time before you even realise that you're upset. You know? It just hits you."

He added that he has been single since the relationship ended, despite rumours that he was engaged to ex Irina Lazareanu.
