The pair attended the $1,000-per-person reception in Miami on Saturday with Matt Damon and his wife Luciana.
Garner, who is currently expecting her second child with Affleck, poked fun at election rival John McCain, who used a video featuring clips of Paris Hilton and Britney Spears to mock Obama last week.
"I'm here to audition for the next John McCain TV commercial," said the actress.
Affleck commented: "All of us are here because we just want Barack. We believe in what he wants to do: Ending the war in Iraq, universal health care.
"The extraordinary thing about Barack Obama is that he understands there is no limit to what the American people can do."
He continued: "We've seen something much more extraordinary than what you'd see in a regular presidential campaign."
