This week is bursting at the seams with celebrity birthdays - so much so that we were regretfully forced to leave some famous faces out of our gallery. Let's hope those who didn't make the cut - including such luminaries as Belinda Carlisle, Casey Affleck, Mark Knopfler, Grace Adams-Short and... ahem..
