Dina Lohan feuds with US news anchor

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina has entered a war of words with US news anchor Anderson Cooper.

Lohan was furious when Cooper made unfavourable comments about her 14-year-old daughter Ali while he guest presented on morning show Live with Regis and Kelly earlier this week.

After describing the pair's reality series Living Lohan as a "trainwreck", Cooper claimed that Ali "looks to be about 60". He added: "She allegedly wants to be a singer and/or actor-slash-performer of some sort, striptease person, I don't know."

In an interview with OK! magazine, Dina hit back: "People are just cruel! This is bad karma for him."

Responding on his CNN show, Cooper insisted that he "feels bad" for Ali, suggesting that her reality TV career is preventing her from "being a kid".
