Gail Porter thrown out of Mayfair party

Gail Porter was thrown out of a party in Mayfair for allegedly being "too drunk" yesterday.

The TV presenter was escorted from the Elizabeth Arden bash at nightclub 24 by PR assistants, reports the Daily Mail.

Speaking outside the event, Porter said: "Do you know I've been asked to leave? They say I am too drunk to be here.

"I can't believe it, this is so out of order. I haven't even been here 30 minutes yet."

She continued: "They allowed me to do all the television interviews and pose for pictures, but now I'm being escorted out of the party.

"I've only had two glasses of wine before coming here. But they are insisting I've had too much. It's ridiculous."
