The Worldwide Entertainment Group filed the suit in Miami yesterday accusing Hilton of not providing the release with "reasonable promotion and publicity". The company, which paid $1 million for "Hilton's acting services", is seeking $75,000 in damages.
The comedy, which is number 15 on the Internet Movie Database's lowest-rated films list, starred Hilton as Victoria English, a sorority president who takes in seven new pledges to diversify her Gamma Gamma house.
Hilton's other film credits include The Hottie & The Nottie, House Of Wax and Bottoms Up.
