Halliwell confused over surgery trend

Geri Halliwell has claimed that most stars look "weird" after going under the knife for cosmetic surgery.

The Spice Girl has refused to rule out resorting to the same methods in the future, but fears she would ruin her appearance if she did so.

"I would never say never to having plastic surgery but at the moment, I don't like the idea of it," Halliwell explained. "I've seen a lot of people who have had a lot of surgery and they look weird. They all look the same, as if they have morphed into one.

"I haven't even had Botox. I don't want to feel the pressure, to maintain a smooth line-free face and perfect breasts."

Halliwell recently confirmed that she feels self-conscious about stripping down to her bikini on the beach.
