Sienna Miller annoyed over "slut" image

Sienna Miller has admitted that she is tired of being portrayed as a "slut" in the media.

The actress, who is currently facing a backlash over her romance with married father-of-four Balthazar Getty, insisted that her image has been damaged by exaggeration and lies in the press.

"The biggest misconception of me in the press is that I'm a slut. Apparently I've slept with half of Hollywood," Sienna told S magazine. "You say, 'Hi, nice to meet you': the next day in the papers you're pregnant with his child."

Miller added that she struggles to deal with attention from paparazzi photographers, but tries to see the funny side when she is followed by snappers.

"The media is a bigger animal than I ever will be. It just becomes this soap opera. And I guess I had a pretty good few episodes," she explained. "You feel like it's a video sometimes. I play these games to make it more amusing, like I'm Lara Croft or something. So I find myself ducking behind cars."

Miller's North London home was recently targeted by vandals, who spray-painted the word "slut" on one of its outside walls.
