Lohan slams "out of control" father

Lindsay Lohan has hit back at her father after he made a public attack on her girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

The actress admitted that she is furious after dad Michael claimed that Ronson is a "user" and bad influence on his daughter.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, Lindsay insisted that her father should not be taken seriously as he is "out of control".

She added: "I want him to stop hurting and talking to the media about the people I love."

Mr. Lohan has insisted that Ronson is encouraging Lindsay to drink alcohol again following her stints in rehab.

However, a spokesperson for the star said yesterday: "This is totally a lie and untrue."
