'Bell' star "can't wait" for Diamond book

Mark-Paul Gosselaar has said that he "can't wait" for Dustin Diamond's tell-all book about Saved By The Bell.

Diamond confirmed in July that he was penning a book called Behind The Bell, which will detail the "sexual escapades", "drug use" and "hardcore partying" of the show's cast.

Commenting on the book, Gosselaar said: "He's going to tell all the dirty laundry that was in Saved By The Bell. I can't wait!"

The 34-year-old, who played Zack Morris in the teen comedy, continued: "Was I in a club at 16, smoking cigarettes, taking a drink from people? Yeah I was!

"I did the thing that normal kids do. Did I go to house parties and do keg stands and beer bongs? That's what kids do! I didn't live in a bubble, but I was a normal kid."

The popular '90s sitcom featured Elizabeth Berkley, Mario Lopez, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen alongside Diamond and Gosselaar.
