KT Tunstall has purchased a £790,000 apartment in New York City's East Side district, according to a report.
The Scottish singer splashed out on the property after deciding that she wants to spend more time promoting her music in the US. Her second album Drastic Fantastic made it to the top ten in the Billboard chart when it was released across the pond last year.
Tunstall's two-floor apartment in the city contains two bedrooms, while the building itself offers a variety of special benefits for residents.
An insider told the Daily Record: "The building has its own doorman, garage, concierge and fitness centre."
The star is planning to marry Luke Bullen, the drummer in her band, before the year is out.
