Lowe: 'Nanny lawsuit is costing me work'

In April, Lowe and his wife Sheryl sued their ex-nannies Jessica Gibson and Laura Boyce for a breach of a confidentiality agreement, defamation and inflicting emotional distress.
The Lowes' former employees then countersued, with Gibson claiming that the Brothers & Sisters star "placed his hand inside [her] pants in order to touch her crotch" several times between 2005 and 2008.
In a declaration filed this week in Los Angeles, Lowe stated: "Since the headline that a second nanny sued me for sexual harassment, I have been passed over for at least three commercials, any of which could have ultimately resulted in income of over $1 million."
He added: "I have never acted inappropriately with Ms. Gibson or Ms. Boyce."
