Jade Goody's mum has vowed to be her daughter's "Cinderella" as she fights cervical cancer.
Jackiey Budden admitted to Closer magazine that she has not been the best role model for her celebrity child.
She said: "I haven't been perfect, and poor Jade had to grow up much too fast. But I'm here for her now, and it's time for me to act like a mother."
"I've got to be strong for Jade. Even though I'm frightened," Budden said.
Goody, 27, was diagnosed with cervical cancer while taking part in the Indian version of Big Brother - Big Boss - last month. She is recovering from a hysterectomy and intensive treatment at London's Royal Marsden Hospital.
Budden has now moved into Jade's house to help look after her sons - Bobby Jack, five, and Freddie, four.
