Jonas Brothers 'honoured' to meet Britney

The Jonas Brothers have admitted that they felt "honoured" to meet Britney Spears backstage at the recent MTV Video Music Awards.

Kevin Jonas told Us Magazine: "We were so excited! It is an honour and privilege to meet Britney Spears, of course. She looked great."

Joe Jonas said: "We didn't want to become a 'Hi, Britney Spears, nice to meet you' and take a picture. I said, 'We have always loved your music,' and I told her she was the first CD I have ever bought."

Joe added that Spears talked to them about her former bodyguard and personal assistant, who now work for the Jonas Brothers.

"She asked us how Big Rob and Felicia were doing," he said.
