David Duchovny 'doing well in rehab'

Californication actor David Duchovny is doing well in rehab for sex addiction, his co-star has claimed.

Evan Handler said the 48-year-old is getting better after checking himself into a clinic last month.

He said: "The most I can say is that I hope he's doing really well - and I heard he is doing really well. I can't wait to go back on the set because the work experience is the best one that I've had."

Duchovny, who has two children with wife Téa Leoni, will return to US TV next month for the second season of the Showtime drama.
