Gallagher: 'Winehouse will die soon'

Noel Gallagher has predicted that singer Amy Winehouse will die soon.

The Oasis rocker was asked by NME if he would provide songs for other people to sing. Gallagher said that although he has a backlog of around "30-odd" songs, he would not give one to Winehouse, as he doubts she will live long enough to complete the project.

"Could I give them to someone else to sing? Well, there's a few that sound like girls could sing them, but who? F**king Amy Winehouse? She'll be dead before I write another one," he remarked.
