Alison Silva sued the actor after the March 2007 incident, claiming that Reeves hit him with his Porsche as he left a Los Angeles clinic.
However, Los Angeles Superior Court judge Elizabeth Grimes commented that Reeves was trying to drive away when Silva got in his way and tripped on his own feet, causing his knee injury.
She added that Reeves himself may be the victim as Silva placed his hands on the Matrix actor's car.
"There was no evidence of the slightest contact or the slightest touching... It didn't happen. Plainly Mr. Reeves intended to drive away. That intent is not lawful," said the official.
Silva is also suing Reeves for negligence, with the case scheduled to go to court in October.
