Coleen Rooney suffers allergic reaction

Medics rushed to the side of Coleen Rooney after she experienced an extreme allergic reaction while filming her latest TV programme.

The presenter fell ill eating what is thought to have been lobster as she worked on the second series of ITV2's Coleen's Real Women.

"Filming continued after the symptoms died down," a source told the Sunday People. It is understood that Rooney's skin began to flare up soon after she ate the seafood.

The 22-year-old's new series puts women in high-flying jobs such as advertising and modelling.

Rooney recently distanced herself from the WAG stereotype, claiming it was a misleading phrase invented by the press.
