Speaking to Heat, Osbourne said that she found Beckham's show of affection for Lopez at New York Fashion Week fake.
"I know it's not my place to say... but I've never seen two people pretend to like each other more in my life," she remarked. "They were holding hands, but it looked like Victoria was holding a s***ty bit of toilet paper!"
The 24-year-old also hit out at Peaches Geldof, saying that her marriage to US musician Max Drummey was a cry for attention.
"I saw her out in New York and she didn't have a wedding ring on, so she definitely doesn't act married," she added. "It's sad. She does a lot of things for attention... She also seems to say one thing and do another."
