Nicky Hilton 'planning winter wedding'

Nicky Hilton and boyfriend David Katzenberg are looking to marry this winter.

The couple plan to tie the knot in either December or January, according to Star magazine.

The pair, who have been dating for two years, were overheard chatting about their marriage plans at a restaurant in Los Angeles earlier this month.

"They want it to take place after the Christian and Jewish holidays," said a source.
