Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell has dyed her ginger hair brown.

The star was spotted leaving a London radio station on Friday, where she had been talking about her new children's book Ugenia Lavender.

Halliwell has suggested that a writing career is more important to her than one in showbiz.

The mum-of-one commented: "I really feel like I've done it with the singing ... I just feel really comfortable writing and reading."
